Can I have more than one loan?

A: Yes, we have several lenders that we work with

Can I pay the loan off early?

A: Yes, there is no prepayment penalty

Will this loan be reported on my credit?

A: Yes, this is a personal loan

Can my spouse and I get two separate loans even though we’re in the same household?

A: Yes, both will have to meet the credit/income requirements

Can I apply for a loan under my business entity?

A: No, this is a personal loan. Cannot do commercial loans.

Can the funds be disbursed to me, and I use it how I wish?

A: No, this is a home renovation loan. Must have a home project.

Is the credit review a hard pull against my credit?

A: It’s a soft pull to qualify, this does not affect your credit. If approved and you move forward with the process, there will be a hard pull.

If I pay the loan off and want another loan, do I have to reapply?

A: Yes, you must reapply.

Is it required to have my monthly payments on autopay?

A: No, it is not required but recommended

Can my monthly payments be drafted from someone else account that’s not on the loan?

A: Yes, no problem if the borrower’s name is associated with the account.
